Hub Operations Training Leader

About The Role
- You will develop and implement the HUB Operations training strategy, framework and roadmap.
- You will lead Blue Collar S-OJT program implementation across all factories in the Hub, Coordinate with external training consultant to develop Blue Collar Train the Trainer course. Validate and improve the Job Breakdown List to meet the training program standard. Support factory to conduct the training activity to deliver qualified trainees. Observe/Monitor all factory S-OJT training program to assure standard S-OJT Training program execution.
- You will define and monitor KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and impact from operations domain. Assess training process and training programs implementation maturity. Oversee Operations training programs to continuously improve the training program effectiveness. (eg: evaluate the impact and results improvement from S-OJT for Blue Collar employees)
- You will gather feedback from internal stakeholders to enhance training programs. In cooperation with subject matter experts and trainers prepare and provide training course materials. Collaborate with SMEs to validate content and enhance training relevance. To ensure training content is up to date and delivered in a structured manner.
- You will support the implementation of ITM & Continuous Improvement, eg: two ITM elements highly relevant to “People Capabilities & Employee Engagement” and “Standard Work”. Enhance the maturity level through S-OJT and other training programs. Lead the maturity assessment and improvement of the two elements.
- As the key use of LMS (Mylearning) system in Hub Operations, you will be responsible for the training data maintain in LMS and related Admin work. Make sure of correct and effective LMS usage for all Operations Training programs.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Degree in Manufacturing process, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing roles or process engineering or training, technical instruction, or talent development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs and utilizing various training methods, eg: e-learning solutions and workshops.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align training initiatives with organizational objectives and standards. Analytical thinking to assess training impacts, identify gaps, and propose practical, innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to analyze feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in training programs.
- Genuinely loves training work and is willing to actively participate in various training activities in Operations and manufacturing field.
