About The Role

  1. You will leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
  2. You will effectively monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization. Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks, and ensuring that all opportunities and risks are identified and pursued. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, ensuring contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
  3. You will procuring all required services, materials and equipment from external and internal suppliers, including support in negotiations, claims and project changes.
  4. You will building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Acting as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.
  5. You will be an Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision, Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex, May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
  6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  8. You hold a bachelor's in electrical engineering background or relevant degree in engineering, good knowledge about power products.
  9. Minimum 2 years in project management experience, oversea or domestic project experience is preferred.
  10. Required project management certification is preferred.
  11. Good office software tools knowledge, such as Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP.
  12. Fluent oral and writing communication skill in English and Chinese.
  13. Customer oriented, ownership, prompt and active response the customer demand.
  14. Excellent planning, communication ability and team collaboration.
