Job Summary As an Associate Manager, Partnership within Traveloka’s Business Development function, you’ll play a pivotal role in the Partnership team’s mission to forge impactful collaborations that boost our offerings and global traveler value. Your work will bridge strategic partnership development and cross-functional execution to drive mutual business growth and long-term partner success. Job Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for enterprise partners, overseeing solution implementation, operational coordination, and ongoing client engagement Identify partner business needs, craft tailored proposals, and deliver strategic quotations to support successful solution adoption Plan and strategize to grow and retain existing partnerships via value-added initiatives and cross-functional alignment Implement and administer partnership frameworks across sales, marketing, product development, and other relevant company areas Monitor partnership performance through key metrics, sales analysis, risk assessments, and growth tracking to optimize value delivery Lead end-to-end management and execution of partnership projects, including mastery of relevant execution tools Perform sales pitches and business development for Traveloka Rewards products to drive partner adoption Coordinate internally with various stakeholders to ensure strong synergy and smooth partnership project delivery Produce analytical campaign reports with actionable insights for both external partners and internal teams Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign execution, marketing, partnerships, or business development Graduation from a reputable domestic or overseas university with a good academic record Strong communication skills (both written and spoken English) and a passion for engaging with people Analytical and structured thinking, with comfort working with numbers and data-driven decision-making Detail-oriented, result-focused, self-driven, and a collaborative team player Quick adaptability to fast-changing business environments and evolving partner needs Preferred experience in organizing or executing marketing campaigns in the online (e-commerce/ride-hailing), banking, or tourism sector
