HWF Warehouse Receiving Specialist

1.Receive incoming goods from suppliers, vendors, or transporters 2.Offoad shipments safely using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) 3 Verify delivered items against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices 4 Inspect goods for damages, shortages, or quality issues and report discrepancies 5.Record and update receiving data accurately in the inventory or warehouse system 6.label, tag, and properly identify received items 7.Ensure goods are stored in the correct designated locations 8 Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and procurement teams 9.Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean receiving area. 10 Handle returns, rejected items, and documentation as required <11.Support> stock counts and audits when needed
