Recruitment Manager

I. Position Purpose The Recruitment Management Manager is responsible for leading the talent acquisition function for the HR Group. The primary objective is to replace the previous manager and ensure the continuous, efficient flow of high-quality talent into the organization through strategic planning and operational excellence. II. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and successful onboarding. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve high levels of hiring efficiency. Workforce Planning: Partner with department heads to accurately identify hiring needs and align them with workforce planning goals. Employer Branding: Optimize recruitment channels and lead efforts to enhance the company's employer brand in the market. Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in hiring performance. III. Candidate Specifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience: * A minimum of 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a managerial capacity. Direct experience within the industrial manufacturing sector is required. Professional Expertise: Deep knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices. Communication & Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
