What You'll Do Define Product & Market Strategy: Translate customer booking journeys, cohort data, and competitive research into high-impact product and commercial strategies for Klook's hotel platform. Identify Opportunity Areas: Pinpoint friction points in customer discovery, evaluation, and booking to bridge gaps between user needs and platform capabilities. Lead Growth Experimentation: Own growth initiatives end-to-end—from hypothesis design and success metrics to cross-functional launch, impact measurement, and scaling. Drive Core Business Initiatives: Test and optimize key leverage points, including search and ranking, pricing/promotions, personalization, content, loyalty mechanics, and cross-selling. Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Data Science to turn high-level strategies into live products. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead complex, ambiguous projects from concept to launch while building alignment across diverse teams and senior leadership. Insight- & Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage both qualitative user research and quantitative data analysis to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions. What You'll Need Background in product, growth, or business strategy within consumer internet, e-commerce, marketplaces, OTAs, or top-tier consulting. We're less concerned about your industry background than your ability to solve customer and business problems. Proven track record of leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and launching products from initial concept to market. Strong ability to pair qualitative customer insights with quantitative data analysis to design experiments and drive high-level decisions. Proficiency with data analytics and visualisation tools is a plus. Fluency in English and Chinese. Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
