About the Role We are seeking an experienced Research Team Leader to build and lead our research function within the Business Support Center. This is a hands-on role where you will drive research strategy, deliver actionable insights, and develop research capabilities from the ground up, supporting key business decisions across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute market, user, and competitor research to generate actionable business insights Build research frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standards from scratch Manage, mentor, and develop a growing research team while ensuring high-quality outputs Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into structured research initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of experience in market or business research, with 3+ years in a leadership role Strong expertise in qualitative & quantitative research methodologies Experience in financial services, fintech, trading, or cryptocurrency is highly preferred Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills Benefits Opportunity to build and shape a research function from the ground up Exposure to fast-growing fintech / trading industry Career growth and leadership development opportunities Collaborative and dynamic working environment
