Responsibilities • Receive and address customer inquiries, offering clear and professional assistance. • Complete data consolidation and internal communication based on established procedures to ensure smooth case handling. • Provide standardized responses and assist in issue resolution under supervisor guidance while maintaining service quality. • Support daily operational tasks and uphold consistency in service standards. • Maintain strong team communication and proactively report case updates and customer needs. Requirements • 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred. • Strong communication skills with a patient and service-oriented attitude. • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures and quality standards. • Thai, English & Mandarin language communication skills for reading and internal coordination. • Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
