About the Role As a Financial Data Analyst , you will support financial data analysis, reporting, and automation initiatives across the organization. This role works closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to deliver accurate insights, improve reporting efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in transforming financial data into meaningful insights, enhancing reporting processes, and supporting automation efforts to drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Perform financial data analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance tracking to support business planning Assist in building and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Support the maintenance of financial data pipelines and datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems Develop and enhance automated reporting solutions using tools such as SQL, Python, or BI platforms to improve efficiency and reduce manual work Create and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure data availability and usability Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reports and datasets Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide insights for management decision-making Perform additional related assignments or projects as directed by superiors What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field Experience: 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics roles Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau and data visualization best practices Basic understanding of financial concepts including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Experience with ERP or financial systems is an added advantage Communication: Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) Attributes: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work Style: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams What We Offer: A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
