Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data marts to support business analytics and reporting needs Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using scalable data processing frameworks Translate business requirements into dimensional models (star/snowflake schemas) Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across datasets Optimize query performance and data storage for efficient downstream consumption Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations) to deliver actionable datasets Work closely with Data Analysts and BI teams to enable self-service analytics Implement data governance, documentation, and best practices across the data layer Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline performance and data issues Technical Requirements Strong experience in data mart / data warehouse modeling (Kimball methodology preferred) Hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark, PySpark) Solid experience in AWS data services (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda – depending on stack) Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred) Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines Understanding of data partitioning, indexing, and performance tuning Nice to have Practical experience in defining and enforcing data security rules (e.g., data classification, access control policies, masking strategies, audit mechanisms What We Offer Easy access to public transportation (LRT & KTM).
