This position is primarily responsible for developing the strategy logic produced by the research team into automated programs that run in live environments, as well as executing them, recording results, and producing reports. It also maintains and optimizes the team's automation tools to ensure that various strategy validations run stably and continuously. This is the key technical executor who turns strategy into tangible results. Key Responsibilities Quantitative Implementation of Risk Control Strategies: Develop the defensive logic and arbitrage characteristics produced by strategy analysts into self-running automated monitoring and quantitative alerting programs (e.g., custom indicators, monitoring scripts). Requirement Alignment and Validation: Collaborate with the strategy team to confirm requirements and verify that the program logic matches the strategy intent. Strategy Validation in Live Environments: Conduct strategy validation in live environments, covering account creation, identity verification, trading, and fund flow processes. Maintenance and Optimization of the Automation Toolchain: Maintain the team's internal automated analysis tools and multi-account configuration infrastructure (e.g., IP management, environment isolation, antidetection setup). Execution Logging and Reporting: Record the execution process and results, and produce complete execution reports. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in trading, quantitative development, or systems development at online high-frequency trading firms, forex (FX/CFD), cryptocurrency exchanges, or FinTech companies Programming and scripting skills (primarily Python, MQL4, MQL5) Experience writing crawlers and automation scripts Understands trading parameters and possesses parameter tuning ability Preferred Qualifications Experience developing or operating high-concurrency systems Familiarity with automated environment management and multi-account configuration (e.g., IP management, verification flow handling, environment isolation) Experience with automated testing Personality Strong self-drive, able to independently take a task from start to finish Strong execution, prefers hands-on experimentation over staying at the analysis level Detail-oriented and rigorous, able to reliably document the execution process and results Open-minded with a strong appetite for learning, willing to proactively adopt new tools and methods to improve work efficiency
