Job Purpose: To understand, plan, and deliver institutional business projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning frontend and backend requirements and expectations, and supporting continuous improvement of institutional workflows. Key Responsibilities: Collect and consolidate business requirements from Sales and Frontend teams, and coordinate with backend teams to ensure smooth execution and progress tracking. Manage frontend expectations by assessing request feasibility and acting as the primary communication bridge between frontend and backend teams. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones; monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Prepare PRD and other project-related documentation, ensuring functional requirements are clear, structured, and actionable. Support business restructuring and workflow optimization initiatives to improve institutional operations. Generate, maintain, and enhance internal business SOPs to standardize team processes. Present and propose business plans and service offerings to internal stakeholders. Requirements: Min 2-3 years of experience in creating and documenting SOPs while coordinating cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines. Can be work independently.
