About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our client experience, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for daily reconciliation of the company’s books against external party positions, while monitoring and managing risk exposure to ensure accuracy and control Provide timely customer support via live chat and email Handle client inquiries on accounts, products, and platforms Process deposits, withdrawals, and maintain accurate records Perform KYC verification and ensure compliance standards Resolve customer issues and support operational documentation What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally Proven experience in Customer service /Operations Experience in the Fintech industry Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with basic knowledge of financial operations or KYC as an advantage Open for working on 24/5 shift and fully on site What We Offer: Accessible by public transport (3 mins walking distance from LRT Abdullah Hukum) Competitive remuneration package (Basic salary + fixed transport allowance + shift allowance) Career and personal growth
