We're seeking a top-notch professional to help us maintain the highest standards of financial integrity and ensure our business operations run smoothly. Jobs & Responsibilities: •Performs duties in support of daily processes, including a reconciliation of projects/accounts, review, and analysis of monthly financial data. •Responsible for various financial functions such as analysis, monthly and quarterly corporation performance review, overhead cost review, and the sales team's profitability. •Prepares and maintains performance sheets of sales, costs, and profit & loss. •Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required. •High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments, including, reconciliation, summary, and analytical skills. •Organized and detailed with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data, summarize key concepts and articulate appropriately. •Appropriate handling of sensitive information. •Performs all other related assignment / projects as assigned by the superior from time to time. Requirements: •Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Banking/ Business Analytics, or equivalent. •Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. •Strong Microsoft excel proficiency. (IF functions, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) •Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed). •Ability to perform under pressure and multi-task. Demonstrates the ability and mindset to leverage AI tools to improve work efficiency, productivity, and quality, while continuously exploring new ways to enhance business impact.
