About The Role

  • 1、定期整理数据，并定期进行数据指标播报
  • 2、协助与门店、配送、市场等部门的沟通协调，处理常规运营问题
  • 3、关注平台信息更新，协助更新外卖sop并同步宣导
  • 4、协助负责美团、饿了么外卖平台日常运营，包括活动生效状态监控、营业异常监控等
  • 1、有外卖平台实习或兼职经验者优先（熟悉美团/饿了么后台基本操作最好）
  • 2、熟练使用Excel（数据透视表、vlookup/xlookup等基础公式），能快速处理多门店数据
  • 3、沟通能力强，能耐心与门店一线人员协作，具备沟通的条理性
  • 4、细致负责，能适应多任务并行，对数据敏感，能主动发现问题
