What you´ll do Lead, coach, and develop a team of QA Laboratory Technicians while fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, including testing programs, laboratory methods, equipment reliability, and quality system compliance. Ensure Compliance with GMP, Health Canada, customer, and internal quality standards across laboratory and manufacturing activities. Manage laboratory equipment calibration, qualification, preventive maintenance, and vendor-supported service programs. Serve as the site quality expert for product for product specifications, formulas, raw material standards, and controlled quality documentation. Lead validation activities, annual product reviews, and stability programs to support product quality and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance laboratory efficiency, quality performance, and operational effectiveness.
