What you´ll do Lead end-to-end product development initiatives, partnering cross-functionally to translate scientific concepts into commercially viable products while meeting performance, quality, and regulatory requirements Lead product testing and analysis activities, documenting methods, results, and conclusions in laboratory information management systems Analyze experimental data, provide technical recommendations, and support product performance evaluation throughout the product lifecycle Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to develop new products and optimize existing product lines Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders Support manufacturing and quality initiatives to ensure consistent product performance and delivery Identify and evaluate new technologies, materials, and process improvement opportunities Maintain laboratory equipment, facilities, and records while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements Contribute to scientific publications, technical presentations, industry forums, and professional conferences
