About this position What you'll do 5 years of project management or technical project management experience in building services engineering (MEP/TGA) for various types of facilities (e.g., research and development buildings, office and administrative buildings, etc.) Client-side representation and project management Coordination and management of experts, planners, and contractors Review, optimization, and development of planning and construction services Monitoring and control of execution, quality, schedules, and costs Support and implementation of digitalization initiatives and BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordination, monitoring, and execution of commissioning and acceptance procedures Preparation and maintenance of project documentation
