Manager Packaging Implementation

What you´ll do Lead end-to-end (E2E) packaging projects across the region, including product launches, manufacturing footprint optimization (MFO), and third-party manufacturing (3PM) initiatives. Drive packaging selection, development, qualification, and implementation of innovative packaging solutions, materials, designs, processes, and testing methodologies. Identify and implement opportunities to reduce packaging complexity while maintaining performance, quality, total cost of ownership and compliance. Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, manufacturing sites, quality, procurement, supply chain, and external suppliers.
