Production Shift Leader

About this Position Execute production plans and conduct variance analysis to achieve the Production Department’s KPI targets. Implement production standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training requirements to ensure shift personnel possess the required competencies. Manage shift teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets. Ensure effective shift handovers and strong collaboration between teams to facilitate smooth task transitions and operational continuity. What you´ll do Lead shift production meetings, break down production targets, and take responsibility for overall shift performance, personnel management, and on-site quality and safety control to ensure products are delivered on time, with the required quality and quantity. Verify and ensure the fulfillment of responsibilities by production line/team leaders and conduct performance evaluations for shift personnel. Manage and drive improvements for deviations or deficiencies related to the 5M+1E factors (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, and Environment). Implement and manage shift handover procedures to ensure production activities are properly continued between shifts while maintaining quality and safety standards. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and promote capability development and skill enhancement within the team.
