About The Role
About this Position This role is responsible for driving profitable growth within the assigned territory in Vietnam, Ho Chi Min , by managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sales targets within the footwear industry. The Sales Engineer will work closely with footwear manufacturers, brands, distributors, and internal technical teams to provide commercial and technical support, execute sales strategies, and ensure a strong market presence. Given the regional customer base, the role requires the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to support customer engagement, technical discussions, and business development activities. Success in this role requires a combination of account management, business development, customer engagement, technical consultation, and cross-functional collaboration to support long-term customer partnerships and sustainable business growth. What you´ll do Drive sales growth by executing territory plans aligned with business and sustainability objectives, maintaining existing accounts while developing new business opportunities. Build strong customer relationships and execute customer-specific action plans to enhance loyalty, long-term partnerships, and overall customer satisfaction. Achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets through effective account management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, distributors, and cross-functional teams to implement customer plans, monitor market activities, and strengthen market presence. Partner with Technical Customer Service and Technical Advisors to conduct product trials, deliver customer training, resolve technical inquiries, and support sales development. Manage distributor and third-party sales channels while ensuring excellence in merchandising, brand representation, and execution at the point of sale. Conduct regular customer, market, and field visits to monitor implementation, identify growth opportunities, track inventory levels, and address market gaps. Manage customer orders, contract administration, payment collections, and related reporting activities while leveraging CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance.
