Product Development Manager, Equipment

What you´ll do Lead AME equipment PD teams steer technical resources to deliver key innovation programs in alignment with business priorities. Manage overall equipment projects work in the group for reporting, deadlines, decisions with all stakeholders of project team and FTE utilization. Develop and maintain the technology roadmap and project portfolio. Foster teamwork and collaboration, coach, develop, motivate, and sustain a high performing team. Managing safety/5S and ensuring safe and efficient operation of the equipment PD labs. Support digitalization transfer activities for China innovation team.
