Analyst Business Controlling

About this Position Support regional Henkel Adhesive Business/SBU controlling, to provide in-depth financial analysis across APAC and contribute to the continuous improvement of process efficiency as well as standardization. Closely work together with commercial team and country finance/controlling team, ensuring data integrity, transparency of business performance commercial control as well as providing strong financial decision support and analysis, drive business growth. What you´ll do Steer closing, prepare rolling forecast, and manage annual budget setting. Analyze monthly business performance (vs. PY, Plan, Forecast). Provide and consolidate high quality, clear and useful reports and financial information to support management in best informed decision making. Manage and steering product/production COGS cost. Manage spending items, including but not limited to sales incentive, rebate, commission. In-deep and comprehensive analysis initiatives based on business dynamics, with change leadership. Ad-hoc analysis / presentations / tasks.
