About this Position The Logistics Planning Operations Leadership Associate, drives the strategic development, planning, and execution of end‑to‑end logistics and supply chain planning support and operations. The role provides regional and global operational support to HAT and HCB businesses, with a strong focus on Logistics, Global Supply Chain Reporting, Planning Support, and Supply Chain Digitalization and Automation. What you´ll do Lead logistics, planning, and operations across APAC and IMEA regions Drive supply chain strategy execution and operational alignment; Ensure SLA/KPI delivery and performance management Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization Partner with stakeholders across functions and geographies Manage team performance, development, and succession planning Support process migrations and transformation projects Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies
