Team Lead of Application Engineering SEA

About this Position In this role, you will serve as the Team Lead of the SEA Application Engineering team. Your core mandate is to coach, manage and develop the regional application engineering workforce, alongside your other key accountabilities, to deliver customer value and drive business growth. Fluency in Chinese and prior experience with Chinese automotive industry customers are strong assets to support seamless cross-market collaboration. What you´ll do Coach, manage and develop the application engineer team in SEA. Work closely with key business stakeholders to support the customer needs and business growth. Drive application/equipment innovations and develop new test method to meet the customer needs. Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers. Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues. Promote internally SBU innovations and best learning cross accounts, respect and promote the internal company SHE rules.
