About The Role
About this Position Ensure compliance with Henkel SHE standards and ISO 45001 requirements. Manage safety of on-site construction and PIT activities. Support implementation of safety production standardization and dual prevention systems. Conduct SHE inspections, drive corrective/preventive actions, and ensure effectiveness. Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. What you´ll do Execute SHE policies and achieve company safety targets. Support safety system implementation at the plant. Supervise construction and site safety. Handle government inspections and regulatory interactions. Coordinate SHE-related communication with production teams.
