Ukrainian speaking Regional Manager Raws & Packs Planning (m/f)

About this Position What you´ll do Manage and lead a team of Raw Pack Planners for the assigned portfolio, ensuring regional targets are effectively cascaded Manage inventory profiles to meet agreed targets, focusing on slow- and non-movers to drive scrap reduction Ensure seamless information exchange with external suppliers, Finished Goods Planners, Production Schedulers, and other key stakeholders (RSR, PLM, PD) Take full ownership and accountability for assigned regional projects, even outside the immediate area of responsibility Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall Planning performance and efficiency Monitor and report on team performance and material availability to align with global and regional standards
