负责两轮换电柜和电动两轮车配件战略采购
1、供应商的寻源、评估和准入；
2、类别采购战略制订、实施和更新；
3、商务谈判和合同管理；
4、供应商绩效和关系管理；
5、类别采购的风险管理。
任职要求（Requirements）：
1、本科以上学历、理工科背景优先；
2、5年以上战略采购经验；
3、优秀的跨职能沟通协调能力；
4、良好的成本分析能力。
