About The Role
Overview Interventional Radiology Tech (Travel) – Roswell, Georgia. This 13-week, travel assignment starts on 08/31/2026, with a weekly pay range of $2,598 to $2,692 per week. Shifts are 4x10-hour days (40 hours per week). Guaranteed hours: 0 per week. The role takes place in a healthcare setting where interventional radiology (IR) and vascular hybrid procedures are performed. You will work under the direction of the clinical coordinator and/or department manager, performing exams and procedures according to department procedures to deliver high-quality imaging studies. The technologist works with independence and initiative in a broad range of procedures, including the IR and vascular hybrid interventional environment. Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,598–$2,692 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 4x10-hour days (40 hours per week) - Start date: 08/31/2026 - Location: Roswell, Georgia - Travel assignment in a healthcare setting performing interventional and procedural imaging Responsibilities - Set up imaging equipment and position patients for interventional radiology procedures, including IR and vascular hybrid settings. - Perform a wide variety of exams with proper department procedures to obtain quality diagnostic studies. - Work under the direction of the clinical coordinator and/or department manager while maintaining the ability to perform job functions independently. - Maintain patient safety and provide age-appropriate care throughout the imaging procedures. - Uphold ongoing safety practices, including sterile technique and radiation safety, and support the interventional team to ensure efficient workflow during procedures. Requirements - Ability to perform interventional radiology procedures in IR and vascular hybrid interventional settings. - Capable of independent job function with appropriate clinical judgment and initiative. - Proficient in equipment setup and patient positioning to obtain quality imaging studies. - Strong adherence to safety, sterile technique, and department procedures in a fast-paced interventional environment. - Eligibility for required licensure and credentialing as a radiologic professional.
