Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,582-$2,655 per week - Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts (3x12 schedule) - Start date: 09/14/2026 - Work setting: hospital Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care for labor and delivery patients following established standards of care and the nursing process. - Assess patient status, monitor vital signs, administer medications as prescribed, and document care. - Collaborate with obstetric, anesthesia, neonatal, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. - Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; supervise care delivery and delegate under supervision. - Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. - Educate patients and families, promote safety, and advocate for patient-centered care. Requirements - Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon. - Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN acceptable). - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred. - Labor and delivery experience preferred; ability to work in a high-acuity obstetric setting. - Ability to work a 12-hour day shift on a 3x12 schedule; strong communication and teamwork skills.
