Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,089–$2,105 per week - Guaranteed hours: 40 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: Day shift, 5x8s (no weekends) - Start date: 08/31/2026 - Acute care hospital setting Responsibilities - Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical function, mobility and activity tolerance. - Perform patient evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, and select appropriate interventions and modalities. - Serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary care team, coordinating with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes. - Develop and communicate individualized care and discharge plans to patients, families, and the care team. - Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. - Supervise assigned assistants and ensure safe, effective delivery of therapeutic services. Requirements - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; required; only if license obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent. - Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required. - Minimum two years of recent Physical Therapy experience preferred. - Current CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) from an approved vendor per policy: required. - Pelvic floor therapy experience and PRPC or WCS certification, or working toward certification; preferred. - Prefer 3–5 years of PT experience in relevant setting. - Ability to work in an acute care environment and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
