What We Offer $75K - $90K base salary + Monthly performance bonuses 401(k) with profit sharing Paid time off Continuing Education covered Malpractice insurance covered Complimentary chiropractic care for you and your immediate family Mentorship and professional development Long-term growth and leadership opportunities Monday–Friday schedule What You'll Do Provide high-quality chiropractic adjustments Perform consultations, exams, and progress evaluations Review X-rays and communicate findings Develop and explain care recommendations Educate patients about chiropractic care and their health Care for adults, children, pregnant patients, and families Build strong, long-term patient relationships Participate in occasional workshops and community outreach Collaborate with our team to deliver an exceptional patient experience Who We're Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree Maryland license or ability to obtain licensure Strong adjusting and communication skills Passion for family and wellness-focused chiropractic care Positive, motivated, and coachable Comfortable educating patients and recommending appropriate care Interested in growing as a doctor and contributing to the practice Webster Certification is a plus, but not required We're looking for someone who wants to build a career, not simply fill a position.
