Organisational Communications Specialist

Your responsibilities Communication delivery: Design and deliver communication activations that build team member understanding of, and alignment to, organisational priorities, performance and culture. Content and storytelling: Source and produce engaging content in multiple formats across various channels including articles, videos, leader messages, digital screens, presentations and content for social platforms. Communication resources: Produce communication resources and tools to support leaders in communicating strategic narratives, enterprise priorities and initiatives. Channel management: Monitor and maintain digital channels including Viva Engage and digital TVs, using audience insights to continually improve reach and impact. Stakeholder support: Work collaboratively with people leaders to identify communication opportunities and risks, and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups. Events: Support the delivery of key internal events including CEO Town Halls, leadership forums and employee events. Your experience 5+ years’ experience in internal communications, including content creation, channel management and publishing across internal platforms. Proven experience developing and delivering communication strategies and activations that achieve measurable outcomes. Strong storytelling and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messages across written, visual and digital formats. Experience briefing and managing creative and multimedia assets for digital channels. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including partnering with senior leaders and subject matter experts. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Effective under pressure and able to juggle competing priorities to meet deadlines. Working knowledge of SharePoint, Viva Engage, video editing and design tools. Experience in financial services is highly desirable.
