Associate Engineer, Satellite

Be a part of something BIG! The Satellite Controller will be part of a 24/7 operations team supporting satellite control and manoeuvre activities. This role involves monitoring satellite systems, supporting mission operations, and responding to operational anomalies. Make an impact by Provide 24/7 shift support for satellite manoeuvre operations. Monitor the health and performance of satellite systems and subsystems throughout the mission lifecycle. Support routine flight operations and assist in the investigation and resolution of anomalies. Assist in ground segment operations and issue resolution. Perform satellite tracking, telemetry monitoring, and control functions within the Satellite Control Centre. Skills for success Diploma in Satellite Communications Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognised institution. Candidates with relevant experience and demonstrated competencies will also be considered. Basic knowledge of satellite communications and telemetry systems. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic operational environment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to respond to operational scenarios. Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
