Group Logistics System & Process Specialist

Act as the SAP and logistics-systems specialist across digital logistics projects, including transport management, supplier collaboration, scanning and shopfloor data capture, inventory optimization, supply-risk monitoring, master-data governance and planning stability - from concept through plant rollout. Translate business requirements into SAP-based solutions and specifications and steer implementation with internal DIG IT and external partners so delivered solutions work in plant operations, not only in design documents. Support the evaluation of future planning and scheduling capabilities across S OP, MPS and APS / finite scheduling, including SAP-side facts and integration requirements. Build SAP user capability through structured skill training, super-user coaching and practical plant support; standardize and optimize SAP logistics operations and reduce local process variants. Monitor and improve scanning systems, shopfloor data capture and other software/tool implementations that increase logistics efficiency and data quality. Lead or support TMS and returnable-packaging management implementation, rollout and continuous improvement across relevant plants and flows. Monitor SAP MRP run implementation status, master-data readiness and planning-parameter quality; support SAP setup for new plants and new project launches. Drive SAP customization, upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency; review plant SAP usage status, perform periodic reviews and annual audits, and follow up corrective actions to closure.
