• 常驻工作地在北京。

• 每年需前往海外出差 8-10 个月。
• Annual business trips to Vietnam are required for 8-10 months.

Overall Responsibilities

1. 负责越南在建和服务整体质量管理和控制；

Responsible for overall quality management and control of projects under construction and services in Vietnam.

1. 与项目团队共同制定并实施质量保障计划，包括质量风险的预防与控制；

Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement quality assurance plans, including prevention and control of quality risks.

1. 审核项目小组、供应商等相关方的质量保障计划（含投标和执行阶段）；

Review quality assurance plans from project teams, suppliers, and other relevant parties (covering both bidding and execution phases).

1. 协助运输、安装团队进行过程质量检查，并确保相关质量记录及时、准确地填写；

Assist transportation and installation teams in conducting process quality inspections and ensure timely and accurate completion of relevant quality records.

1. 发现质量问题后，确保问题处理的闭环，包括问题归因（RCA）、解决方案落地、预防措施制定等；

Ensure closed-loop handling of identified quality issues, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implementation of solutions, and development of preventive measures.

1. 在质量问题涉及技术、交付等跨领域事项时，联合技术团队共同推进解决；

Collaborate with technical teams to jointly advance solutions when quality issues involve cross-functional aspects such as technology or delivery.

Specific Duties

1. 优化交付、安装、接线、调试等各阶段的Gate质量控制Checklist，联合技术团队持续改进；

Optimize Gate quality control checklists for various stages including delivery, installation, wiring, and commissioning, and collaborate with technical teams for continuous improvement.

1. 主导并支持项目经理和项目团队制定质量保障计划；

Lead and support project managers and project teams in formulating quality assurance plans.

1. 深度参与现场工作，支持各地质量与安装小组，尤其关注首台设备的安装质量；

Deeply engage in on-site work, support local quality and installation teams, with particular focus on the installation quality of the first unit.

1. 主导项目过程中发生的质量问题闭环管理，协调资源推动根因分析、整改及预防；

Lead the closed-loop management of quality issues arising during projects, coordinating resources to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention.

1. 组织各项目现场的质量团队开展质量损失统计与分析；

Organize quality teams at various project sites to conduct statistics and analysis of quality losses.

1. 检查各项目关键节点的质量Checklist完成情况，敦促责任方及时补全并上报；

Check the completion status of quality checklists at key project milestones, and urge responsible parties to promptly complete and report them.

1. 负责典型质量案例的收集、整理与分享，组织开展质量培训和质量事件复盘；

Be responsible for collecting, organizing, and sharing typical quality cases, organizing and conducting quality training and quality incident reviews.

1. 需出差至项目现场，协助搭建项目质量管理体系，培养和提升项目团队质量管理能力。

Business trips to project sites are required to assist in establishing the project quality management system, and to cultivate and enhance the project team's quality management capabilities.

Qualifications

1. 英语能作为工作语言，可接受海外出差；

Proficient in English as a working language; willing to accept overseas business trips.

1. 沟通能力强，能独立面对客户及多方协调解决现场质量问题；

Strong communication skills, capable of independently interfacing with clients and coordinating with multiple parties to resolve on-site quality issues.

1. 掌握常用质量管理工具与方法，如PDCA循环、六西格玛、QC小组活动等；

Familiar with common quality management tools and methods, such as PDCA cycle, Six Sigma, QC group activities, etc.

1. 具备项目质量管理与沟通经验，能够跨部门协调技术、交付与质量工作，沟通协调能力强，能适应短期出差跟进项目；

Possess project quality management and communication experience, capable of cross-departmental coordination among technical, delivery, and quality teams. Strong communication and coordination skills, adaptable to short-term business trips for project follow-up.

1. 有现场运维、交付、安装或项目执行类经验，熟悉质量体系建设及质量流程管理，有实际推动质量体系落地经验；

Have on-site operation & maintenance, delivery, installation, or project execution experience. Familiar with quality system construction and quality process management, with practical experience in driving the implementation of quality systems.
