Assembler III - Final Assembly Coater (2nd shift)

Introduction: Responsible for prep, coat and un-prep of circuit board assemblies that require conformal coating. Key Responsibilities- Capable of identifying type of conformal coating, cure schedule and coating requirements - Demonstrate proper handling precautions when working with process chemicals and materials- Pass the Respiratory Testing and Fit Test Initially and Annually- Work to safe practices and use all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) specified - Demonstrate proper techniques in operation and preventative maintenance of HPLV spray gun - Follow proper techniques in measuring wet film and dry film conformal coating thickness - Use math skills for mixing conformal coatings to correct ratios per manufacturing instructions- Review shelf life of conformal...
