About The Role

The Manager, Compensation is responsible for the day-to-day governance and administration of compensation programs for Ventra, ensuring pay decisions are consistent, competitive, and compliant with local regulations. This role manages offer and internal movement approvals, supports the annual salary review and bonus cycles, maintains job grading and salary structures, and partners closely with Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and other HR stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of compensation processes. This is a hands-on role suited for a compensation professional with solid technical grounding who is ready to own a full-cycle compensation portfolio for the India market.
