About The Role

The Vendor Performance and Operations Analyst play a critical operational role in the Patient Responsibility Center of Excellence by providing real-time data monitoring, quality assurance, and performance analytics across all self-pay vendors. This position is responsible for continuously validating vendor input and output data, developing and maintaining performance scorecards, identifying trends and anomalies, and delivering actionable insights to support vendor management and operational optimization.
