About The Role

The Unapplied Cash Research Specialist is responsible for researching and locating incoming payments that are in the company’s bank account, but not applied to any outstanding patient invoices. The Unapplied Cash Research Specialist may be assigned between 13-14 facilities/clients that will be responsible for locating the corresponding EOBs to unapplied checks. They will be responsible for calling insurances and/or utilizing insurance web portals to obtain the EOBs.
