Quaker Business Lead

The Business Lead (Quaker) is responsible for leading the growth and profitability of the Quaker business by driving strategic expansion, distributor excellence, and commercial execution across Indonesia. This role owns end-to-end business performance, including revenue, margin, trade investment, and portfolio optimization, while ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Marketing. The incumbent is expected to identify new growth opportunities, strengthen route-to-market capabilities, and ensure operational excellence in import business management.
