PLANT HEALTH & SAFETY ENGINEER

STOMANA INDUSTRY is looking for a Plant Health & Safety Engineer to join the H&S team in Pernik As the Health & Safety Engineer , you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with H&S policy and procedures, while actively promoting the site’s H&S culture, reporting directly to Plant Health & Safety Senior Manager. What you will need to do: Control and maintain a safe and clean working environment by securing those procedures, rules and regulations are followed Promete and enhance health & safety culture across the site Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and standards through audits, inspection, analysis of findings and implementation of corrective actions Support the development and implementation of Health & Safety initiatives in line with legislation and company standards Assist in the maintenance of the Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001) Conduct accident and incident investigation & ensures the implementation of an effective event management Support Plant H&S Manager on developing and delivering Health & Safety training program What you need to possess: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Chemical Engineering or relevant field Up to 2 years’ experience in similar positions Familiarity with Bulgarian legislation and safety management system ISO 45001 will be considered an asset Excellent command of English language Excellent knowledge of MS Office Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to work in a challenging industrial environment Ability to creatively solve complex problems with continuous improvement What we will offer to you: A workplace with a strong focus on values of teamwork, integrity, and ownership Dynamic and friendly working environment Competitive remuneration and benefits package Continuous training and career development opportunities Commuting expenses What you will need to do next: Joining Stomana Industry is easy!
