PRODUCTION ENGINEER

HELLENIC CABLES S.A. is seeking a Production Engineer to join our team in our Plant in Thiva. Role Description Oversee daily cable manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with production schedules. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, machine breakdowns, or material issues to minimize downtime. Inspect products, analyze production data, and enforce strict safety and quality standards. Prepare technical documentation and production reports. Ensure new processes are scalable and meet quality and efficiency standards. Streamlined production workflows that maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Qualifications Typically required in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives. Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands, technologies, and market conditions.
