About The Role
Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations to ensure financial performance, effective resource management, regulatory compliance, and sound business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and cash flow management. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, accounts payable/receivable, audits, and internal controls. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and Head Office requirements. Identify financial risks, opportunities, and cost-efficiency initiatives. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on financial and strategic matters. Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial standards, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of Finance experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong expertise in financial planning, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, tax, treasury, and audits. Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Office. Fluent English.
