Position Description Contributing to the development and execution of Facility Management and Real Estate Category strategy for a client account Managing client account, owning client relationships and satisfaction levels Leading team thinking and efforts to ensure project/program objectives are being achieved, Contributing to team understanding of client culture Managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering consistent positive results Developing sourcing strategies & processes in line with clients’ business goals & policies Interfacing with client to understand their sourcing and procurement requirements Developing sound recommendations contributing to program objectives (cost savings, SLAs, Transformation, etc.) Leading sourcing, RFQ events, auctions, supplier management and negotiations Creatively using data sources to develop fact-based recommendations and complex analyses Delivering presentations and communicating confidently with the client 6-months project engagement only Primary Responsibilities Either consultancy or industry experience of minimum 5 years in Facility Management and Real Estate Category Management and driving cost savings Experience in coordinating and conducting supplier performance audits for FM and RE Category Exposure to reviewing RE lease contracts across wide array of lease owners and summarizing the commercial structure and recommending levers to drive down cost Demonstrated leadership ability and Outstanding client management skills Business problem solving skills with strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent presentation skills and Business Development potential Business Fluency in Danish and English is a Must Ability to locally travel for 30% to 50% of the time of client project
