Are You One of Us Position Details As a Vice President, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Leadership team. As Vice President of Engineering, you will lead Client Solution Engineering, driving scalable, reliable, and innovative engineering solutions that support customer needs while aligning with GEP’s product and technology strategy. In this role, your duties will include but will not be limited to: Responsibilities: 1. Solution Engineering Strategy & Execution • Partner with clients to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that drive measurable business outcomes aligned with their strategic priorities. • Ensure predictable and transparent delivery through strong governance, clear milestones, and a commitment to long-term solution sustainability. 2. Engineering Excellence & Quality • Uphold rigorous engineering standards across every client engagement — from architecture through go-live — ensuring reliability, security, and production stability. • Continuously improve solution quality and speed-to-value through automation, reusable components, and best-in-class development practices. 3. Product & Cross-Functional Alignment • S erve as th e bridge between client needs and GEP's product capabilities, translating real-world requirements into scalable, future-ready solutions. • Ensure clients have a consistent voice in shaping GEP's platform evolution through structured feedback loops and cross-functional collaboration. 4. Talent & Organizational Leadership • Build and lead a world-class global client Solution Engineering team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and outcomes. • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement — ensuring every client interaction reflects GEP's commitment to excellence.
