Mix of Day / Afternoon / Night shift available - Part time causal roles Location - Clelland Lodge, North Nowra, NSW Provide the highest standard of care for residents in accordance with the Aged Care Standards and Aged Care Act Deliver comprehensive care and individual case management to residents according to the organizational clinical framework and care model. Ensure effective delivery of the nursing process through the effective resident entry, assessment, care planning and delivery, evaluation and exit by recognized professional standards. Lead and coordinate care staff to effectively deliver residents care, everyday activities, administration of medication and interventions that promote overall resident well-being and meaningful engagement Coach the care staff to enable them to deliver high quality care, develop skills and knowledge gaps. Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic person-centered approach Build positive relationships with Residents, families, and other staff members
