About The Role
- Purpose of the position
- Responsible for import/export customs declaration, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient and compliant international trade activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage import and export customs declarations for raw materials, equipment, and finished goods.
- Maintain customs account management, audit preparation, and compliance documentation in accordance with local and international trade regulations.
- Handle equipment and instrument classification, customs registration, and related import/export licensing requirements.
- Coordinate after-sales logistics operations, including shipment tracking, return management, and customer support activities.
- Arrange air, maritime, and land transportation while optimizing logistics efficiency and controlling transportation costs.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, planning, warehouse, manufacturing, and finance to support smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely customs clearance to meet production and customer delivery requirements.
- Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities to resolve customs or logistics issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for logistics processes, trade compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Education and work experience
- College Degree and above and with 1-3 years work experience.

Skills
- Working knowledge of U.S. Customs and FTZ regulations.
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency.
