Duties and Responsibilities

• Material requirements planning and shortage management
• Supply and order management
• Internal and external communication abnormality handling Maintain ERP system data, responsible for MRP operation and maintenance
• Raw material Inventory and procurement cost control
• Material quality abnormality handling
• Customer service, vendor management

Process and SOP Optimization

• Excess&Obsolescense managment
• Education and work experience
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics
• 1 years or more of procurement experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with supply chain operators preferred
• Working conditions
• Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
• This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.

Skills

• Familiar with SAP/ERP systems
• Proficient in using Excel/PPT
