About The Role

Position Description Position Summary The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all environmental, occupational health, safety, and fire protection programs in manufacturing factory . This role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations as well as internal policies—while fostering a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. ​ Key Responsibilities: Implement, maintain, and ensure EH&S programs for Electronic Manufacturing . Monitor changes in legislation to maintain ongoing compliance and operational readiness. Conduct risk assessments focused on manufacturing hazards material used. Lead investigations of incidents, accidents, and near-misses root cause analyses. Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and walk-throughs of production floors to identify issues. Maintain required EH&S documentation, including SDS/MSDS, incident logs, and training records. Maintain and ensure ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems certification compliance. Serve as the EH&S programs primary point of contact for corporate and regulatory angencies. Develop and maintain Emergency Response and Business Continuity Plans inclusive of emergency drills. ​ Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical, or a related field. 3–5 years of EH&S experience in electronics manufacturing environments . Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA regulations , and related compliance frameworks. Experience in hazard identification, chemical safety, and manufacturing risk mitigation. ​ Preferred Qualifications Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent credential. Knowledge and experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systems requirements. Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
